Ticketing Support

- Select your payment method and complete the payment.
- Receive an order confirmation email from us.
- Bring it with you to the Festival.

Ticketing rules:
- Make sure you indicate the correct dates and times in the signup form in order to avoid any confusion.
- A valid photo ID consists of a form of identification that includes a photograph, such as a passport or driving license.
- All sales are final. We are unable to bargain for any refunds for tickets that are no longer needed.
- Wristbands for the Festival can be picked up from the authorization area on site.
- Tickets purchased from third-party websites are not valid and will not be honored. For your safety and to ensure you are buying a legitimate ticket, please only follow the links on our website. Thank you for your understanding.
- E-Tickets will be sent out 1-2 weeks before the festival event dates. You will only have your booking confirmation at this stage.
